C.D. Leganés is proud to announce the incorporation of Andrés Pardo as the club's new sporting director. Pardo assumes the position with immediate effect, taking over from Txema Indias and joining the sports project of the team.
Coming from Real Madrid, where he held the position of head of national recruitment in the white youth academy, Pardo arrives at Leganés with a deep experience in the detection and development of talent. His arrival reinforces the club's solid and forward-looking sporting model.
During his career, Pardo, who is 44 years old, has played a key role in the recruitment of players, consolidating his position as a reference in youth soccer. Prior to his time at Real Madrid, he worked at Villarreal, where he contributed to the development of great players. In addition to his work at Villarreal and Real Madrid, the new sporting director has an outstanding career in Spanish junior soccer, starting his career at Levante UD.
From the club, we would like to wish Andrés Pardo the best of success in this new stage at the head of our sports management. We are convinced that his work will be fundamental to continue building a competitive and ambitious Leganés.
With Andrés Pardo at the head of our sports management, C.D. Leganés remains committed to growth and development, looking ambitiously to the future. His official presentation will take place this Tuesday, 1st April at 1PM in the press room of the Estadio Municipal Butarque.
