As if it was today… four years ago Leganés went out to the streets and the city’s main square (Plaza Mayor) to celebrate together with the team the historic achievement of being promoted to First Division.
The team had arrived early in the morning and immediately went to Plaza España which was full of people to celebrate at the fountain. After some hours to rest, the team had a bus parade through the city’s streets with a special event at the Leganés’ City Hall located in Plaza Mayor.
Jon Ander Serantes was in charge of all his teammates introduction that were received by all the fans. Asier Garitano and his coaching staff also had their introduction that day. An unforgettable party after an incredible promotion.
