C.D Leganés and the 19-year-old forward Manuel Garrido Álvarez have come to an agreement to renew his contract until the 2023/24 season. The young forward will play this season on loan at Hércules C.F.
Manu arrived at the club in the infantile category and played on all the categories until making his debut with the first team in LaLiga Santander last season. The forward from Madrid made his debut against C.A Osasuna at El Sadar. He also had some minutes playing against Sevilla F.C and made the starting line-up on the last matchdays against Athletic Club and Real Madrid C.F.
From youth teams to First Division.
Manu was part of José Luis Martí’s team preseason and played some of the friendly matches of the team. He was called to the squad for the matches against U.D Las Palmas and C.D Lugo. Both players and Club have agreed to extend their contract for the next four seasons. Manu will play on loan at Hércules C.F in the next season.
