C.D. Leganés wants to fill Butarque of SuperCucumbers, Club's Day removed and fidelity rewarded

C.D. Leganés presents the new season ticket holder campaign for its fourth consecutive season in first division. Removal of Club’s Day, discount percentages of up to 20% that will be applied to the most faithful subscribers on their renewal price and the freezing of prices for the following season, under the same conditions, stand out.

PHASE 1: SEASON TICKETS RENEWAL

From June 3^rd to July 14^th

The 2019/20 season ticket renewal campaign begins on Monday June 3^rd, 2019 in the Butarque Stadium offices from Monday to Friday from 10:00 a.m. to 2:00 p.m. and 5:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m., and on Saturdays from 7:00 p.m. 11:00 am to 2:00 pm, and ends on July 14^th. In this period, season ticket holders may also change their seat depending on the capacity available at that time, except in row 12, which will only be for incidents.

To guarantee a good service and avoid unnecessary waiting times, priority will be given to those who have been tied to the club for the longest time. It will be carried out in the terms that are detailed below and up to a maximum of 400 subscribers per day that will be controlled by a number up to that limit given upon arrival. Season ticket holders with numbering above the specified number will not be served, while those who have a lower numbering may perform their corresponding management although not specifically in their exact week, always recommending that they keep the number to avoid crowds.

• From number 1 to 1,500: From June 3^rd to 9^th.
• From 1,501 to 3,000: From June 10^th to 16^th.
• From 3,001 to 4,500: From June 17^th to 23^rd.
• From 4,501 to 6,000: From June 24^th to June 30^th.
• From 6,001 to 7,500: From July 1^st to 7^th.
• From 7.501 and over: From July 8^th to 12^th.

Once the renewal period (July 14^th) has ended, the seats that have not been renewed will automatically be annulled. In the event that a season ticket holder cannot go to the offices to renew their payment, a person may be presented with the authorization of the season ticket holder to be able to renew it.

PHASE 2: SEAT CHANGES AND INCIDENTS

From July 15^th to 17^th

Season ticket holders who have renewed their season ticket may change their seat location between the seats that freed up from those who had not renewed. The process will be Monday July 15^th, Tuesday 16^th and Wednesday 17^th from 10: 00h to 14: 00h and from 5:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m. These three days will also be available to resolve incidents.

PHASE 3: NEW SEASON TICKETS

Starting Thursday, July 18^th

The week previous to the date the club will inform through its official website the number of season tickets available to sale at the offices of the Butarque Stadium from 10am to 8pm. uninterruptedly with a maximum of 200 subscriptions per day.

Two days for season ticket holder companions  

For this, two procedures will be established. The first will be only through old season ticket members for Thursday 18^th, Friday July 19^th and Saturday 20^th. It will be essential to present the member’s card or photocopy with authorization - it is not necessary for the season ticket holder to come in - and can acquire one new card for each old season ticket holder, presenting up to two cards per person, providing the ID or photocopy of the two new subscribers.

Sale to general public starts on Monday July 22^nd

The second procedure will begin on Monday July 22^nd for the general public, in case of availability, being able to make a maximum of two subscriptions per person, also providing the DNI or its photocopy of the two new subscribers. They can only be purchased in person - not online - in the offices of the Butarque Stadium from 10am to 8pm uninterruptedly with a maximum of 200 per day.

STADIUM ASSISTANCE AND THE EFFECTIVE LIBERATION OF THE TICKET WILL BE REWARDED

C.D. Leganés wants to maintain and even exceed the percentages of attendance at the stadium and therefore will award different discounts to subscribers who regularly visit Butarque. It will be as follows:

• SuperCucumbers: Those members who attend or release* their seat the 19 matches that include the season ticket: The following season will benefit from a 20% discount off the renewal price.
• Premium Cucumber: Those members who attend or release* their seat between 17 and 18 games: The following season will benefit from a 10% discount off the renewal price.
• Gold Cucumber: Members who attend or release* their seat between 13 and 17 games: Will maintain the renewal price of the following season.
• Silver Cucumber: Members who attend less than 13 games: Will pay the original price. 

The club reserves the right not to renew the membership to those members who have attended the stadium less than half of the matches.

CLUB’S DAY ARE ELIMINATED

C.D. Leganés, aware of the inconveniences that it generates to its members, has decided to put an end to it. This way, with the payment of the 19/20 season membership, the member will be able to access the 19 league games that will be played at the Butarque Stadium.

FROZEN PRICES

The prices that have been set for this season will be the same as those for the 2020/21 season under the same conditions. This way, the members will be able to know the price of their membership for the following season as well as the discount that will be applied for attendance.

PRICES OF ANIMATION GRADE MAINTAINED FOR SEASON TICKET HOLDERS UNDER 25 YEARS AT € 100

THE NO MATCH ATTENDANCE MEMBERSHIP WILL BE ENABLED

5) HANDICAPPED MEMBERSHIPS: The price for handicaps (presenting disability certificate) will be the price corresponding to the table of prices of rewarded members. No, the change of ownership is not allowed.

- I will not renew my subscription but I have a family member / friend interested in occupying my seat. It's possible?

Yes, provided that the previous member gives his consent, either physically at the store or in writing with a signed authorization and photocopy of the DNI. In no case will inherit the previous member number, but it will have the one that corresponds to it by numbering, and the price of the subscription will be the corresponding one to a new membership of the zone of the card.

- I have a bonus or kid’s membership and I want to change it to an adult, paying the difference so that any other person can use it in case unavailability to attend all matches. Could I do it?

- I have an accredited disability of 50% but I do not have reduced mobility. What is the price of my membership?

It will be the price of the infant pass, valid for people with disabilities over 50%.

- I have renewed or acquired my membership for the first time but I have lost it. What should I do?

You must go to the club offices with your DNI to be issued a duplicate. If it is for loss or misplacement, the first duplicate will cost € 5, the second € 15 and, from the third, the case will go to the Club's Social Discipline Committee. In case of theft, you will be issued a duplicate at no cost provided that you submit a copy of the police report.

- I have renewed my subscription on-line. When can I pick it up?

At the end of the 'on-line' renewal process, you will receive an email in which you will be informed the pickup date for your card at the club's offices. If you have selected home delivery, you will also receive the notification with the expected delivery date via courier.

The 2019/20 membership card entitles its holder to attend the Municipal Stadium Butarque to watch 19 matches of La Liga Santander, reserving the Club the right to include or not the matches corresponding to the Copa de S.M. El Rey.
