This Saturday C.D. Leganés and C.D. Tondela agreed on the loan of winger Javier Avilés Cortés, 24, for the remainder of the 2021/22 season. The madrileño footballer will see out the rest of the campaign in the Primeira Liga.
Avilés, who renewed his deal with C.D. Leganés until 2026last year, has featured in five fixtures for the pepineros so far this season (three in LaLiga SmartBank and two in the Copa del Rey), to reach a total of 40 official first team since his October 2018 debut against Rayo Vallecano. His first taste of LaLiga Santander came in August 2019; the same season he would go on to score his first goal in blanquiazul colours, against C.A. Osasuna.
The club wishes him the best, both personally and professionally, in the second half of the season.
