C.D. Leganés, finalist of TheStadiumBusiness Awards

C.D. Leganés is among the finalists in the prestigious TheStadiumBusiness Awards, which are celebrating their fifteenth edition this year. The club is among the six candidates for the award in the marketing, sales and sponsorship category thanks to its "Inmobiliaria Butarque" membership campaign.

The Puebla-based club is on the list of finalists in this category, being one of only three Spanish clubs nominated along with Real Betis and R.C.D. Espanyol. In marketing, sales and sponsorship, C.D. Leganés will compete for the award with Everton F.C., Lancashire Cricket and Jio, Wrexham F.C., Scottish Gas & Murrayfield and Manchester City Women, all from the United Kingdom. The winners will be announced on the evening of Tuesday, June 18 in Manchester.

The "Inmobiliaria Butarque" membership campaign has been a great success both in terms of subscribers (we have managed to close the quota for this season with a total of 9,500 members), as well as in terms of media coverage, with many media outlets echoing the campaign and even some national and international teams reproducing the same idea.

This nomination joins the one the club got for the National Marketing Awards, which will be delivered on April 27th.
