On Thursday afternoon, June 27, C.D. Leganés was proclaimed winner of the XVI National Marketing Awards granted by the Spanish Marketing Association in the innovation and technology category thanks to its "Inmobiliaria Butarque" membership campaign, in which the Joma production company also collaborated.
The pepinero team was awarded by the jury with this prestigious prize ahead of McDonald's, which came third, and Telefónica, which won the second prize. Campofrío, Adolfo Domínguez, La Casa de las Carcasas, Gloop and Cervezas Victoria are the other winning brands in the corporate category. The club's director of communication and marketing, Víctor Marín, collected the award accompanied by members of the department.
The "Inmobiliaria Butarque" membership campaign has been a great success both in terms of subscribers (the quota for the 2023/24 season was closed with a total of 9,500 members) and in terms of media coverage: many media outlets have echoed it and even some national and international teams have reproduced the same idea.
This prestigious award recognizes the work of a club that has been committed to fresh, dynamic and fun communication for a long time. In addition, with the entry of Blue Crow as the new owner, this area has been given an even greater boost, with a firm commitment to innovation and technology as the basis of its marketing campaigns.
