Improvements and refurbishments at Butarque for the 2024/25 season

The complete renovation of seats in a large part of the grandstand, as well as the cleaning and restoration of the rest of the stadium's seating, are worthy of note.

C.D. Leganés will take some changes and improvements to the Estadio Municipal Butarque for the next season 2024/25, including the complete renovation of seats in a large part of the stands, as well as the cleaning and restoration of the rest of the stadium's seats.

The VIP box will be adapted, a new hospitality area will be created, and an experiential tunnel will be created. A new press area will also be created. In addition, a new hospitality service will be implemented, the most deteriorated areas of the toilets will be restored and the pre-match cleaning service will be improved.

Better and more comfortable seating

In this first phase of changes proposed by the club, priority has been given to improving the seating. In this way, all the seats in the oldest part of the upper and lower stands will be replaced by more comfortable folding seats, which members will be able to enjoy from the first matchday of the league. These new seats are the same width as the previous ones, but will be several centimetres higher, making the spectators more comfortable and more comfortable. Furthermore, they will be installed on the face of the concrete, in an attempt to solve the recurrent problem of discomfort of many season ticket holders, who did not have an ergonomic position with their feet not touching the ground.

The seats in all other areas will be refurbished and thoroughly cleaned so that all season ticket holders can enjoy their seats in the best conditions for their return to the First Division.

Other refurbishments in the grandstand; all season ticket holders in this area will have to collect a new membership card after completing the renewal process.

In this grandstand area, the current press booths, located in the upper part of this sector, will also be refurbished, converting the space into a new hospitality area. In this way, the press booths will disappear from this location and a new specific area for journalists will be created in the upper north stand, with continuous desks and folding seats, in line with the trend followed by the new stadiums built in our country. The adaptation of the VIP box and the creation of an immersive experience room in the tunnel area will be other new features.

Due to these small changes in the upper stand areas and the change in the numbering of the seats, all season ticket holders in this area will have to collect a new card after completing the renewal process, although the digital season ticket will still be valid for access to the stadium. A small number of members will have their seats relocated to a similar area.

New food and beverage service, with renewed bars and improved gastronomic offer; refurbishment of the toilets and comprehensive cleaning

Another significant improvement will be the food and beverage service in the stadium, thanks to the agreement the club has reached with a top national supplier that will renew the aesthetics of all the bars and expand the range of products on offer without a significant change in prices.

In addition to these improvements, the club will restore the most deteriorated toilets and will undertake a comprehensive cleaning of the stadium, which will be accompanied by an improvement in the cleaning service before matches.
