C.D. Leganés coach Borja Jiménez appeared at a press conference after the team's defeat at La Romareda by one goal against Real Zaragoza in round 18 of LaLiga Hypermotion, which keeps Lega on 36 points in the table.
"I don't think it was a very attractive game, with no chances, except for the goal, which we were unlucky to concede. The reading is that we have not been good, we have been imprecise," commented Borja. "It was one of the days when we lost the most. All those things came together, we didn't interpret some things well and that's why we lost. Just as we analyse victories calmly, we'll do the same with the defeat," said the Pepinero coach.
"We wanted to play with two strikers to make demands on their line. We knew that there were going to be a lot of situations where there were going to be a lot of drops, intermediate play and we had to try to win them, that's why we tried to populate the midfield with an extra player and have the threat of the two strikers," explained Borja with regard to the team's situation.
