C.D. Leganés is once again taking part in LALIGA Za'atari & Azraq Social Project, an initiative promoted by LALIGA and the LALIGA FOUNDATION in collaboration with AFDP Global (Association Football Development Programme).
This socio- sports project, launched in 2018, uses football as a tool to transmit positive values and improve the well-being of refugees in the Za'atari and Azraq camps in Jordan.
In the 2024-25 edition of the football competition, boys and girls will participate in both locations, competing in different age categories. C.D. Leganés is proud to collaborate with the donation of kits, allowing the matches of these competitions to display the colours and passion of LALIGA.
For the second consecutive year, LALIGA will apply a scoring system that not only values sporting performance, but also the behaviour and socio-educational learning of the participants, promoting sportsmanship, respect and equality.
From C.D. Leganés we reaffirm our commitment to football as a tool for social transformation and we continue to support initiatives that help to improve the lives of those who need it most.
